My goal is to help you build the strength, stamina, and confidence to do what you love with more ease and joy — whether that’s hiking up a mountain, keeping up with your kids (human, puppy, or kitten), or simply moving through daily life without pain or limitation.

I meet you where you are and guide you toward your goals with a balance of challenge and support.

My approach prioritizes strength training for people of all ages — especially women — because muscle is one of the most powerful tools we have for healthy aging, injury prevention, and maintaining independence.

Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent years in academic research studying how people learn. That background shapes how I coach today: I ground every program in evidence, not trends, and translate research into practical, sustainable action.

When I design your program, every workout is customized to your goals, preferences, schedule, and available equipment. As you get stronger, your program evolves with you to keep you progressing and challenged.

All training is delivered through the Everfit app, where you can:

  • Access your workouts with video demos and clear instructions

  • Track progress and notes

  • Ask questions or upload form-check videos

  • Stay connected and accountable

I don’t just hand you a plan — I coach you through it. You’ll know exactly what to do, you’ll have support when you need it, and you’ll see yourself getting stronger week by week.

Training Packages

Full Training Package—$195/month

The best option if you want full coaching, accountability, and support.
You’ll have me in your corner every step of the way to stay consistent, improve your form, and keep progressing.

What’s Included:

  • Monthly Programming: 4 personalized weekly workouts, updated monthly

  • 1:1 Virtual Check-In: One 30-minute call each month

  • Ongoing Feedback: Video form checks or questions answered within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)

  • Accountability: I’ll follow up if I don’t see you logging workouts

  • Support: Encouragement, coaching, and guidance throughout your program

Perfect for you if: you want expert programming plus ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability.

Mini Training Package—$110/month

A lighter option if you want a personalized program and one monthly check-in, but don’t need ongoing feedback.

What’s Included:

  • Monthly Programming: 2 personalized weekly workouts, updated monthly

  • 1:1 Virtual Check-In: One 20-minute call each month

What’s Not Included:

  • No video feedback or ongoing support between calls

  • No accountability follow-ups if you miss workouts

Perfect for you if: you’re confident training on your own but want a structured, customized plan and a monthly touchpoint to stay on track.

Both Packages Include

-An initial 30-minute intake call ($45 one-time fee) before your first program

-Workouts tailored to your available equipment (adjustable dumbbells work great at home)

-$25 referral credit when a friend joins for at least two months
